How do I change an index title for my phpbb3 forum. I am already using optional title mode and automated meta tags ... but my first page title shows up like "Index Page" .... so how do i change this ?

It's real easy just look in :

language/en/common.php

Look for :

Code: Select all

'INDEX'                  => 'Index page'

Change Index page with watever you like your forum title to be.

If you are getting debug errors use another text editor like TotalEdit. I dont know why exactley how this works cuz i know little php but it has something to do with the file encoding. Be shore is ANSI.
